Leadership is key to both personal and business success. It establishes vision, mission and values. Leaders are able to clearly, concisely and consistently share their vision with others.
Accepting a leadership role immediately places a target on your back, that bulls-eye where the buck truly stops. Stepping out in front of the crowd gives you great visibility, bringing with it both opportunity and accountability.
Are you a leader, out in front, working the plan to achieve your vision? Or, are you in the back, barking out orders? If so, you are a pusher. Leaders inspire others, pushers inspire fear in others.
Difficult times call for leadership. In such times leaders are not afraid to look to others for perspective, and will actively seek out advisors.
Are you proactive and visionary, or do you spend your time fighting fires? Times are changing; leaders must be prepared to change as well.
Baber Research is here to help you.
